PARTICIPANT HANDBOOK

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please read the following instructions carefully before participating in SYNAPSE '26.

01

PARTICIPATION

  • Only MBBS, BDS and AYUSH students are allowed to participate (No cross-course teams).
  • Cultural events are open for all medical & dental colleges.

REGISTRATION

  • Registration is mandatory for all events.
  • Online registration should be completed before the deadline.
  • Limited slots available; priority will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Registration fee is non-refundable and proof of payment (soft/hard copy) must be carried.

DOCUMENTS

  • Participants must bring their College ID card and 2 passport-size photographs.
  • SYNAPSE’25 delegate pass must be shown to the event organizers before the event.

REPORTING

  • Cultural participants must report at least 1 hour prior to the event at the venue.
  • Sports teams must report 30 minutes before the scheduled time or face disqualification.
05

DISCIPLINE

  • Misbehavior or indiscipline can lead to denial of participation or disqualification.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and narcotics are strictly prohibited inside the college premises.
  • Any damage to college property will be dealt with severely.
06

SPORTS

  • Standard rules for respective games will be followed.
  • Teams may have more than one match on the same day; fixtures are subject to change.

EVENT CLASHES

  • Participants in multiple events must inform organizers in advance to avoid clashes.
08

ACCOMMODATION

  • Accommodation will be provided for participants who inform the in-charges in advance.
09

TRANSPORT

  • Transport to venues will be arranged and details will be shared with teams priorly.
10

FINAL AUTHORITY

  • Decisions of the judges, referees, and organizing committee will be final.
